It is our policy to try and ensure that our buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and our service. However, if you not happy or satisfied with your purchase, or if any of goods are faulty or damaged when you received them or you want to simply change your mind, please follow the procedures given below for any returns or exchange or credit.

Where goods are Damaged/ Quantity-Short:

- In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit, you must sign for them as "damaged" or "short in quantity" and notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of such goods.
- We will arrange to collect the goods back to us within 7 days of your notification at a mutually agreed date, unless we decide to allow you to keep them or dispose of them.
- We offer a full refund or exchange, including any delivery charges paid by you.
- Goods must be kept in new/ unused condition in it original packaging for any credit to be effected.

Where goods are Faulty/ Incorrect

- If your goods are faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of such goods.

Where you just wish to change your mind

- You must notify us within 7 working days of the receipt of such goods. Please see below the procedures for notifying us.

- We offer a full refund equivalent to the value of goods ordered.
- Goods must be returned in a new/ unused, undamaged and salable condition in it original packaging for any credit to be effected.

In case of bespoke items(e.g. printed tapes, bespoke sized cartons)

- We will not be able to refund or exchange bespoke items, except where the goods are delivered damaged or faulty.
- In case of damaged/ faulty bespoke items, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement or remake the goods to your satisfaction.
- Again, you must notify us within 7 working days of the receipt of such goods.
