Any orders under
£50 (+VAT), we charge a nominal amount of £5.95(+VAT) to cover our carriage
cost.

deliver to
Collection in Person
Collection from our
Watford Depot - Free (please call us on 01923 250202 to arrange a collection
time). All orders are
delivered by our own transport or by third party professional couriers.
Deliveries By Couriers
Most of our deliveries
are sent overnight by reputed nationwide couriers. Please open and fully check the
contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. Our couriers
normally deliver between 8 am and 5.30 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to
guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier.
Please make sure
someone is available to accept the order between the above hours, If someone is
unavailable, Please let us know alternate instruction in advance eg : Leave in
porch, Leave with neighbour or Redeliver another day.
Our couriers will
attempt to deliver once again without charge, However it is the responsibility
of the customer to rearrange the delivery within 48 hours by calling on the
number on the card left, failing which the couriers will return the parcel back
to us.
Stock Situation
We keep more than
800 pallets of goods in our large warehouse and endeavour to satisfying all
orders in full.
We work very hard
to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of
the delay by email and despatch your order as soon as possible. In the event a
delay is not acceptable, Please let us know in writing, if a cancellation of
order is required.
